While there is nothing really worldly about Noodles & Company's offerings, they do an excellent job of preparing these meals. They now are offering a children's menu for about 5 bucks, which includes a drink and a treat. What I'm loving here now is the Mont Amore. It's one of the tastiest things I've eaten from a chain in a long time. The only caveat is that the cheese has a tendency to fly about while you're eating, so be careful. The balance of flavors with the cheese, mushrooms, chicken, spinach and noodles, is surprisingly well done. Unfortunately, I now work right by one. It's unfortunate because it's difficult to resist going there on a regular basis. I used to get the curry an awful lot. Oh, and try the Thai Hot Pot. It's super delicious and spicier than I thought it might be. If you're looking for blow of your head heat, no, it's not that at all. Yet, it's enough to surprise you.

We had a staff lunch at Noodles & Company today and I must say it was a great experience. We found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful. One in our group did not prefer a new dish she tried and Lexi (the mgr.) promptly replaced it with a more suitable one. No fuss. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Having only eaten there a handful of times previously I now know it is a perfect restaurant to return to for future meals!

I am so sick of Noodles and Company! Ci loves this place, not just this one but ANY Noodles & Company. and would eat here every day if she could. I like it, I really do and I know the food is prepared to your liking and its supposedly healthier than most fast food places but I think I just need to take a sabbatical for a few months. What I do like-Penne Rosa, Mac and Cheese with Truffles, but Indonesian Peanut Saute is one of my favorites. I also eat the whole wheat Tuscan noodles when I feel the need to eat whole wheat pasta instead of white and its very tasty. The salads are pretty good and fresh. I agree with Sam W in that the beef meat is "questionable". I prefer to stick with the Parmesan crusted or grilled chicken as a protein option. I am not into TOFU so chicken is it for me. I love their tomato basil soup! I usually add that on for a dollar extra. I don't plan on going here until its my birthday month. They do send you a free birthday bowl which is nice and also about four times a year, they send you BOGO promotions so the establishment is very consumer oriented and I do appreciate that. I will keep going here because Ci will keep me going!!

Very slow service! It took us 30 minutes to get our food- not acceptable for a Noodles! Talked with the help...they said they were 3 people short and the managers were not picking up their phone. This particular location was disorganized and poorly managed...very disappointed-not managed well

Amazing every time! The pasta is fabulous and seasoned well, I disliked the pork flatbread pizza -- would not recommend it. But everything I have had- soups, salads, and pasta, extraordinary.

My love for this particular Noodles and Company is quickly fleeting. Don't get me wrong, I love me some noodles. But I don't love ordering my noodles with a side of asshole. By asshole, I mean some of the staff. Take that, brunette from 6 months ago that I haven't forgotten except your name and what you look like. This once wondrous place is being over run by workers who should never ever ever work in customer service. Ever. Never ever ever ever never ever. Ever. Never ever. Never. I'll tell you a tale that has marked the decline of the service here and only highlighted the otherwise minor issues they had prior. Sam and I ordered our meals online because the distance from our house to this Noodles is just enough time for it to be ready when we arrive. When we got there, they gave us our order. Well, sort of. It was entirely screwed up. I let the girl at the counter know and from the moment I said the order was wrong her inner defensive snot came flying out like I insulted her mother. She debated with me for a second then sent it back to be remade. I'm a patient person so I let her attitude with me slide. When we got our remade order, it was wrong again. I told the same girl and she took it back. When she gave us our supposedly finished order she pretty much shoved it in my face and stomped off like a toddler. Mind you, this is after waiting over an hour for our food after our original order. Sam whipped around and asked her what her name was. Every ounce of color in this girls face must have landed in her toes because her face went stark white. She stuttered out her name and asked why but letting her figure it out on her own was more rewarding so we left without saying another word. The problem with not talking to the manager about something right away is that the employee can feed them a load of bologna about what happened before you get a chance, but I was so mad that I was two second away from crawling over the counter making a scene(There's a walk-thru opening, I crawl over counters for dramatic effect). I did call the manager later that day and she had been "primed". She was very nice about the situation and tried to appease me with two "Free bowl of noodles" and a written apology. Still, though, I was so mad that it didn't matter and I was personally only going to be happy if they fired the girl or gave her the Sweeney Todd. I didn't say that because I knew it was unreasonable, but a girl can daydream. That experience pretty much ruined this location for me, which sucks because I really enjoyed eating here. Also, maybe it's just me but it seems like when you make a to-go order you get less food than if you dine in. I love your food, Noodles located in West St. Paul on the corner of Robert and Wentworth. But, I hate your inconsistency and lately your customer service. My wounds heal slowly. Ohh..Positive stuff. I almost forgot. The best dishes are the Asian inspired ones with the Bangkok Curry topping my list. The Stroganoff never disappoints. The Med Salad is delicious and has a kick. It's noodles and lettuce. Crazy, I know. The Mac and cheese is a little bland. The Buttered Noodles - Really? Get off your ass and make this at home for like 1/1000th the price. The Alfredo MontAmore - It's good but gets boring about half way through. The Thai hot pot - This is a bowl of Thai curry soup with meat in it. I didn't think it was worth the price and the meat doesn't seem like it goes well. The Thai Curry Soup- Worth it. Get it. Definitely try the tofu. It's delicious.

Oh, lawdy, the duality. Looking at it from an employee's perspective, I feel bad that they don't get tipped here. They're all frantically taking orders, making food, bussing tables (seriously, people, stack your plates when you're done and don't be a dick) and repeatedly reminding everyone that the takeout boxes are by the drink station. From a customer's perspective, it's a little nice to not feel obligated to leave a tip. I'm almost positive I saw a tip line on the gas station receipt when I went in to buy jerky and tissues (you don't know my struggle) the other day. I'll just be frank; I think the mac and cheese is bland and full of suck. But I'm not a fan of any of the American section, honestly. The 'braised beef' and 'marinated steak' is beef. Maybe. They both have a strange texture and flavor to me so I steer clear at all costs. The chicken, shrimp and pork are fine but my favorite is the tofu. As someone who dreams in shades of bacon, that's saying a lot about their tofu. It is, however, marinated in Asian style spices so I wouldn't get too adventurous and have it dumped in your Med salad (which is also delicious). And now, I humbly present more highlights than you'd find at a teenage beach party: - The Penne Rosa: It has a touch of spice and the sauce is creamy. I'd recommend it with the plain chicken. The mushrooms and wine are a nice touch and every individual component can really be tasted. - The Pesto Cavatappi: It's not bad but it's markedly dry. If you enjoy a lot of sauce I wouldn't opt for this particular dish; the flavors, however, are nice and it's good with the parmesan crusted chicken. - The Bangkok Curry - One of my favorites. The curry is sweet and I really find myself enjoying the cabbage. Tofu, ya'll. Do it. - The Japanese Pan Noodles: I love these. The noodles are very thick and toothsome and they hold up to the caramelized sweet soy sauce well. The meatiness of the shiitake mushrooms just adds another pleasant element to the dish and makes it feel very filling even in the small portion. But add tofu, anyway. - The Indonesian Peanut Saute: Supposedly the spiciest dish, it's more than manageable if you have any tolerance for heat. The flavors are great and it has a surprising touch of sweetness to it. Always squeeze the lime. Always. Tofu. - The Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine: If you're wholly against anything healthy sounding passing your lips, don't be scared off by this one. The heartier flavor of the whole grain noodles actually works well with the dish and you'll end up not noticing at all. Again, the wine is notable and the cream is present but not at the forefront. - The Steak Stroganoff: I don't actually mind the flavor when there's no beef. I preferred this offering when it was simply 'mushroom stroganoff' and you had the option of leaving the beef in the garba--err... in the back. It's creamy and the sherry is strong which is something I enjoy but these days, I'd rather just eat tofu. - The Med Salad: I thought noodles would be weird in a salad. They're not. I actually think this salad would suck without them, honestly. Warning: the dressing has a zip to it. Some of my friends think it's a bit too spicy but I could do the backstroke in it; just give me some feta flippers and watch me go. The edamame appetizer is good cold or hot. I recall the potstickers being all right but nothing to write home about. This is another place that falls into the category of 'good chain' for me and I would opt to eat here over pretty much any other fast option on Robert St.

Truffled mac & cheese with parmesan crusted chicken and Thai curry soup was part of my first order and visit to Noodles and Company. The truffle sauce, thick parmesan crumble on top of the mac & cheese with the heat of the Thai coconut curry soup made it a surprisingly delicious lunch. The standard order of the mac and cheese was a lot of food. The presentation was excellent and it exceeded my expectations for food quality. The truffle sauce was quite pungent, which is appealing to some people. The parmesan crusted and sliced chicken breast atop the noodles were a nice touch that I was told, many people add. Next up was a reasonably priced side order of the Thai coconut curry soup. If you are looking for a soup full of flavor, then this is the winner. From the moment I tried the soup, I wanted more. For those who are not ready for the spice or heat, you may not want to order it. The people at this particular location deliver the food to the table, which is great. I particularly liked how the people took my order and were overall professional. I can't wait to go back and get some more Thai soup!

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
